Quick Fix: Healthy Dinner

Repolyo Guisado - Sauteed Cabbage



Ingredients:
A clove of Garlic - Skinned and finely chopped
2 Small Red Onions - Skinned and finely chopped
1 cabbage - Chopped into smaller pieces
3 Tomatoes - diced
1/8 kilo of ground pork
1 cup pork buillion / 1 know pork cube 


Fry the garlic, onion and tomato on a hot pan with cooking oil. Once the mix is cooked add the ground pork and continue frying until the pork is cooked. Add the 1 cup pork buillion and let boil. Once boiling add the cut cabbage and continue cooking in low heat until the cabbage is cooked to your liking. Serve.


This is an easy to do, budget friendly, healthy meal that can be served at dinner or lunch, I love the “guisado” taste and like I said its healthy both for me and my daughter.
