Nike and Pigge

This is my first ever attempt at drawing an art from SCRATCH using only my computer, no hand sketch.

The Subject is my daughter and her currently favorite character a piggie.

If you guys like it, I will continue trying to make more arts of Nike and Pigge.

Please tell me what you think?

Semi-Stick Figure Doodle

I have always been amazed with people who can draw, My husband for example - he is so artistic and talented and can put all my ideas in paper. Like these baby drawings for example — These are rough sketches that I asked him to do when I was trying to design baby picture t-shirt designs and I just described what I wanted to him, and he drew it within 10 minutes, just like that.

These  drawings are just a sample of the simple drawings that noel can do, I’ve seen his old sketch books and there are a lot of really good and more complex sketches in there, I wish I can encourage him to continue this passion, as this may be a good passion for him, since he also likes photoshop and manipulations, he can do a physical sketch of whatever he likes to draw and edit using photoshop and create his own portfolio. :)

semistick sketch1Anyway yeah, and I am idolizing another person here in tumblr the owner of happymonsters, she does really amazing drawings and commish sketches and I just adore her, so I started sketching (using a real sketch pad, pencils and colored pencils) to follow her footsteps, she inspired me in trying to be creative, so I drew this — this is ME handing out a flower to My husband — For always keeping me inspired in everything and to Lucy - The owner of happy monsters for inspiring me to try and be artistic (although I clearly need lots and lots and lots of practice).

So expect this is the first of many many sketches that I will try, some of them may even be good, so look out, just a little bit more practice, and a little bit more imagination and soon I may even be drawing for real! LOL.
