Hungry!?! Oatmeal Anyone?

Since I’ve already started quitting all my vises which started with Fluff — which I have not completely taken out of my life, just minimized my usage of this app — and quit smoking, I decided that I will make sure to minimize my other vise as well, JUNK FOODS! yup, for those who know me well, like my husband, you should all have an idea of how much of a junk food junkie I am, I LOVE my potato chips, my cookies, my soda, my milk drinks, chocolates, nachos and lots and lots of other junk foods. And today I started to minimize my consumption of junk foods because when I looked in the mirror, all I saw was my fat face, my cellulite infested tummy and my flabby arms and thighs! Ugh! I hate what I saw. Ever since I got married and had Nike (My Daughter) I’ve become complacent with my health and my figure. I’ve gotten too comfortable with not having to care about what other men and women think about me because I already have that one important man in my life. But today — Today! That will change!

OatmealI got hungry this afternoon, and I immediately went to the fridge and looked for — wait for it — Potato Chips and a chocolate drinks, but I suddenly stopped when I got a glimpse of my body in the mirror beside the fridge. The disgusting view of my tummy all folded and floppy made me squirm and I decided to eat OATMEAL and drink WATER instead. I decided I will slowly start to live healthy, lose a little bit of my fats by having a better diet and do a 30 minute exercise on my own everyday — I got this flirty girl exercise regime that I’m very excited to start doing with my best friend (kate — Call me! lets start ASAP!!!) I just needed the motivation to start it — and looking at myself in the mirror, not fitting in my old clothes and thinking that I probably wouldn’t look good in the clothes that I am eye-ing to buy at the online stores in multiply is motivation enough for me to start living healthily!

I am so proud of myself that I finally came to my senses to start doing this healthy lifestyle, I just hope I could push through with it! Wish me luck and cheer me on!!
